  1. Hello Everyone!
This is Nana from HodgePodge! I just wanted to say how surprised and honored that I was to be featured in the Spring Edition of the Handbook of Nature Study! I have had such fun sharing with students of ALL ages the pleasure of art and how simple creating can be! Thank you again…and get to work making something beautiful!

  2. Thanks for stopping by Nana! We all love your help in adding some art to our homes.

    🙂

  3. Wow, I haven’t been over to the blog in a few months. I love the new layout with the topical buttons on the side and the seasons at the top.

I so enjoy hitting the blog. Need to remember to come more often for the emotional and mental refreshment, especially since we seem to just have skipped winter this year.

  4. I have missed seeing you around the blog Sebastian. 🙂

Glad the new layout is pleasing. I have been working on organizing and streamlining so it is easier to navigate all the information available.

Hope to see you around during the spring…lots of great things planned.

  5. Thanks for another lovely newsletter Barb. Our family so appreciates all the had work that you do that benefits so many families worldwide.
    Bless you.

    Shirley Ann

  6. I took my 5 year old daughter out yesterday with the Know Your Own Backyard- Early Spring page. We had a wonderful day sitting by the creek observing spiders, rolly pollies, tiny wild flowers, and daffodils. Her page was overflowing with observations and leaves and flowers she wanted to tape down. We are looking forward to spring and this day of searching for early signs was wonderful. Thank you for your newsletter. We enjoy doing the activities together.

  7. Senae,

I am so glad that you were able to get outside yesterday and enjoy the early spring suggestions for nature study. We are hoping to take a nice long walk today too.

    Thanks for the comment. 🙂
