It is spring! For most of us we are starting to see the beginnings of a greener world with warmer temperatures and more outdoor activity. The poll on my Spring Squidoo lens shows that most readers experience the first signs of spring in the month of March. I know that the participants of the Outdoor Hour Challenge have been taking advantage of the spring weather and this blog carnival gives you lots of spring time inspiration.
I wanted to feature this entry and make sure to let you know about a special thank you I received from Angie (Pebblekeeper). What better way to start off this edition of the carnival!

Barb – thank you for these carnivals so we have all our friends’ studies in one spot. I’ve only gotten as far as Pebblekeeper-Angie’s thank you post. And I’ll post here what I said to her about you!
Angie – I think we joined the OHC around the same time. (with encouragement from another Angie @ The One Thing) All you have shared from your heart and your family rings true with us at Hodgepodge too. Nature study – with Barb’s direction – brought the delight to our homeschool. We anticipate the next studies, the next seasons, the next discovery! It’s an answer to a prayer really – that love of learning that was turned on. It overflows into other subjects as well now. Those habits we’ve learned via OHC.
