Getting Started Suggestion:
If you already own the Getting Started ebook, complete Outdoor Hour Challenge #3. This week you can try to draw some mushrooms in your nature journal or use the notebook page from the ebook to keep a record of your outdoor time.
We had these SUPER huge mushrooms growing in our backyard and pasture this year. At first I thought they were big pieces of foam that somehow had blown from a neighbor’s farm or the garbage. Upon closer examination, these were gigantic mushroom like I’ve never seen before. Not sure what they were. A couple neighbors were over and they’d never seen anything like it. They’d be perfect for this mushroom study. I should go out and look to see if they are still there.
Ann-your mushroom sounds incredible! I will look forward to hearing how your study goes.
